Empiric offers a probe exchange program designed to remove the hassle of probe recalibration. Measurement instruments need to be calibrated regularly to ensure the highest accuracy, especially in GXP environments with highly sensitive temperature requirements. Our calibration processes conform to ISO 17025 and meet applicable accuracy and tolerance requirements. All certification equipment is NIST traceable. For more information on our calibration processes, please refer to our documentation.
Empiric offers probe exchange every 6, 9 or 12 months saving you thousands of dollars per year in third party calibration services and downtime.
Empiric Ships the Probe
Empiric packages and ships “new” or “calibrated” probes to the client to replace the units in place, depending on their probe exchange schedule. The customer will receive a new calibration certificate for each probe.
Client Returns the Probe
Client uses the packaging provided by Empiric to package the removed units in place and send them back to Empiric using a prepaid mailer included with the shipment of new probes.
